Happy, happy, joy, joy! Once again a
Banana Dezign production hits your
screen! And it`s a great pleasure for me
to introduce you to this quite unusual
(?) production.
It`s not just another chip-pack! No,
it`s a musicpack, whatever that means..
Personally I don`t like chip-tunes that
much, so I`ve chosen to use bigger
samples, but having a 70000 byte-limit in
mind.
The tunes in this pack must be played
with good speakeres, and AS LOUD AS
POSSIBLE to get the best impression.
Monitor speakers just aren`t enough! Go
and buy some good ones!

In this musicpack, I`ve tried to please
everyone, which means that I`ve composed
modules in different styles, like techno,
trance, jazz (my fave style), ballads and
experimental styles.. Polka, tango and
such are not included. Mabye next time?
;)
Fortunatelly, I`ve invited some other
musicians to compose some tunes for the
next issue, just to make it more
attractive and variated. I`ll make sure
that more musicians will get there chance
to express themselves through this
musicpack!
So, if you feel like getting your work
released, mabye you should take a chat
with me. :) Now enjoy the rest..

- Amorous Glances -
A slow piano-ballad. Nothing special
about it actually. It is quite
atmospherical for those persons that like
this kind of songs.
- War -
Well, this tune is actually only a few
seconds long, and consists of a drum-
sequence that I made for another tune.
The sample was 'Upsampled' and then mixed
together into this very strange tune!
This one you`ve just got to play too
loud!! :)

- Imodium -
A very short tune with a simple melody,
strange drums, bass and nothing more.
The title of this tune is actually taken
from a medicine for those who have
troubles with their digestion. Don`t
play this tune too long, because you will
get bored!
- Constrain -
This tune was based on a cool drum-
sequence I made using the great tool
Mod2Smp. The tune has some nice
atmospherical moments. Otherwise it`s
just improvations..

- Omeoteotl -
I still can`t remember what that title
actually means, but it surely was
something strange.. Anyway, a trance
tune for all of you trance freaks. It
isn`t actually my style, but I just felt
for making one..
- Jazz, It Is -
Ah, I like this one! A very special (?)
jazz tune! There aren`t actually many
scene dudes that compose this kind of
music, and that`s too bad.

- Living Fear -
Oh, what a sad tune. Probably, I was in
a very sad moment while composing this
tune, because it surely reflects in the
impression I get of it. Not a
particulary good tune, but included
anyway.
- Sugarcube I -
A chip-inspired tune that I actually
enjoy listening to! I tried to make a
tune that sounded a bit atmospherical,
and that consisted of some cool chiptune
effects.

- Sugarcube II -
This tune was made on the same day as the
first one in the Sugarcube serie (I
haven`t made more Sugarcube-tunes yet,
but they`ll surely come).. This one is
also quite 'chippy', but much calmer than
the first 'Sugarcube'.
- The Angles -
I`m in heaven! It`s a quite happy chip-
tune ballad, with (in my opinion) a very
nice melody! It`s a melody that you`re
able to remember for quite some time. If
you are in a sad moment, then play this
tune.. :)

- Viscid Soul -
I made some drum-sequences, added a
strange chip-sample and what came out? A
techno-tune for all of you techno-
fanatics! Personally I don`t like this
tune, but as it seems that many other
dudes likes it very much, I won`t say no
more..
- Banana Garden -
Yet another chip-inspired tune. Nice and
slow 'easy-to-listen-to' melody. Nothing
else to say about it.

- Transcription -
Don`t know how to describe this tune.
Begins with some kind of slow rock and
ends with a weird techno-part..
- Interruptions -
Quite untraditional jazz-tune with a cute
endpart. Again, the drums-sequences
where done using Mod2Smp. Made in only a
couple of hours..
- Lack Of Time! -
A small funk tune. The last tune I
composed for this M-Files, finished on
the 7th of October.

- Weird As I Am -
Now what the hell does that title mean?
I don`t know. This strange tune was only
made out of improvisation and strange
experimental ideas I had in my mind at
that time..
- Conga Spirtism -
This tune has various bongos, conga and
techno drums included. Only drums! Made
in only a few minutes, to be a part of
the intro. Next time, I`ll probably make
a much longer tune like this, with better
samples, and cooler drum-sequences..

- sirWoK`s Theme -
Dedicated to the man behind the graphics
of this musicpack. I don`t know why..
Probably he won`t like it either. It`s a
tune you play when you`re totally out of
mind. Only slow organs and a weird
melody. Make sure that you choose
another module when it`s finished,
because the last pattern goes on and on
forever.
- Thinking Of Them! -
Ops.. I hope this collection isn`t too
'chippy'? Will certainly change untill
my next release. Another chiptune.
Actually it`s the smallest tune in this
musicpack, 18434 bytes to be exactly..

- Look! Clever Pigs! -
What a silly name! ;) Chiptune,
including a slow drumbeat made in
mod2smp. Quite similiar to 'Banana
Garden' in the way of composing.

- Help Manual -
Getting around in this musicpack is
rather easy, here's a quick overview of
the controls:
ESC: Quits 'the M-Files'.
Left-Arrow: Go left in articles.
Right-Arrow: Go right in articles.
Up-Arrow: Change article upwards.
Down-Arrow: Change article downwards.
You can also use the mouse to work your
way around in the articles.
You use the mouse to select which modules
to listen to. Just use it to select a
module in the modules-list, and the
module will start to play.
